Good Morning from Port Townsend!

A gorgeous sunrise is hit and miss around here. Some days the fog is so thick you can't even see down your own driveway.  Most days we're a little drizzly (Yes! The rumors about the Pacific Northwest being damp are true.) In fact, I believe damp is an actual color here. But on the days when the sun breaks through ... wow, there is no more beautiful place in the entire world. (I'm not biased at all)

 

Fair Weather Flying

Wow. Gorgeous day to visit Friday Harbor! In the summer we usually fly up there for an ice-cream cone but being fairly chilly, especially at an elevation of 3,000, we ended up finding a great little cafe and enjoying a cup of tea/coffee with a sinfully large pastry. You just can't beat the view!

New Year Baby!

I was asked to donate a portrait package to the first newborn child born at Jefferson General Hospital in 2013. As it turns out, she was also the first newborn on the entire Olympic Peninsula. Is there anything sweeter or more humbling than a newborn infant?
